Child height calculator

The child height calculator predicts the height of a child in adulthood. Parents often discuss who a child looks like and predict what they will look like in adulthood. As early as the 1970s, a simple formula for predicting height in adulthood was developed. Although most parents know how this formula is designed, of course, for the purpose of entertainment and fun, they are happy to use it. But scientists also agree that it "holds water" and that the deviations are plus / minus three centimeters.

The formula for the calculation is (father height + mother height + or - 13) / 2 depending on the sex of the child.
